If you are serious about reducing bodyfat and you are wiling to commit to the exercise regime and daily nutrition habits, this program is for you.
In order to be successful in Fitin10, you've go to do the work! This means prioritizing the workouts, the cardio exercise, and most importantly, pre-planning your food intake.

Fitin10 follows a macronutrient based plan. Virtually all foods contain macronutrients (carbohydrate and/or fat and/or protein) and every diet contains some amount them. Macronutrients make up total calories of a given food and each macronutrient plays an important role in the human body.
Calories and macronutrient split (percentage of calories devoted to carbohydrate/fat/protein) are unique to you and are derived from metrics such as sex, lean body mass, age, level of daily activity, pre/peri/post menopause status, etc. Every week, a prescribed daily amount of macronutrients are adjusted (if necessary) and sent to you via email along with cardiovascular parameters.

Fitin10 is not a weight loss challenge. It is a program focused solely on fat loss while, at the very least, maintaining or even improving lean body mass. While losing weight is not necessarily a bad measure of health improvement, Fitin10 focuses solely on the loss of body fat and not the loss in weight that comes from water and/or muscle mass.
Additionally, Fitin10 is just as much of an educational course as it is a challenge. Throughout the 70 days, we empower you with knowledge stemming from daily videos, regular private messaging feedback, biweekly personal Zoom calls, as well as regular Q&A.
Fitin10 is about sustainable lifestyle habits over extreme/unsustainable means of weight loss. As you will soon find out, there is nothing extreme about this program. We include as much food variety as possible while still keeping your calories reasonable. In fact, many participants claim that they are eating more than they are use to. This is largely due to the fact that they are eating more volume, but less calories than before leaving one feeling full and satiated more often than not.

In fact, if its been sometime or you are new to working out you have an even greater chance of achieving a 30% fat loss target simply due to the relative change in activity and diet that you will be introducing. As our previous clients will attest, daily commitment is where the magic lies in terms of being successful in the program

Everyone has a certain amount of fat both within and around their body. Using a bodyfat assessment tool like Renpho, a reasonable estimation on total body fat mass can be made. From this estimation, we set a target of losing 30% of this number. For example, let’s day you are 170lbs with estimated bodyfat of 35%. Your total fat mass would be estimated at 59.5lbs and your goal would be to lose 30% of this mass equaling to 17.9lbs or approximately 1.8lbs of bodyfat per week.

This is a great question! Yes, trying to fast track fat loss is something that ought to be avoided. Typically, losing anything more than 30lbs over the 10 weeks is not something that we encourage and is not something that this program would support given the amount of work necessary to achieve this. If you fall into this category, we would recommend you doing 2 or (possibly) more iterations of the program where you are losing moderate amounts of fat over time. In the case of someone highly overweight, we would modify the goals with a cap of 3lbs per week maximum fat loss. Anything over 2lbs of fat loss per week is very aggressive. Although we have had multiple participants lose close to 30lbs over the 10 weeks, we ultimately want to foster a system that is both reasonable and sustainable.

Yes, you can still participate in the program even if you can’t or choose not to eat certain foods. Although getting enough high quality dietary protein can be challenging as a vegan, we have had numerous vegans complete the challenge with tremendous success.
-
No, we do not require any supplements for this program. However, we do recommend a good supplemental protein powder, such as ATPlab’s Grass Fed Whey and we carry other recommended health supplements as well.

Unless you are seriously injured with something central such as an immobilizing back injury, most physical ailments should not stop you from improving your health and/or losing weight. There are many work arounds and/or substitutions for exercises and different movements. Although injury is a common excuse to stop exercising and/or paying attention to healthy habits, staying active and working towards your health is not something that should be avoided since it will only lead to worse health outcomes and, often, prolonged injury recovery time. Remember this is not a sport with hard rules that you are partaking in, this is a lifestyle with many options and workarounds. Where there is a will, there is a way!

No, you do not. However, we love to see the progress that you make and it provides incentive and motivation to others! We offer a $60 CAD rebate on the program for all accepted before and after photos.

Planning is the most important aspect to this program. Pre-scheduling when you will perform your classes and workouts, when you will perform cardio, and when you will pre-plan and pre-make your food will help to ensure success. Being organized and prepared is a must!
